Per-seat or per-event?
Usually neither alone. We look at active crew and event volume together. A festival with 2,000 staff for one week is priced very differently from a venue with 80 regulars every weekend.
Do I pay for inactive workers?
No. Returning seasonal crew who aren't currently active don't count against the plan. Their records stay so reactivation is one click next season.
Can I start small and grow?
Yes. Most customers start on Core and move up as events and crews grow. Switching plans doesn't reset any data.
Is onboarding support included?
Core, Pro and Enterprise all include onboarding support. Enterprise customers get a named account team.
