HR Cluster began in 2015 with a practical goal: reduce the cost and complexity of crew registration, onboarding, and the manual admin work that followed. Too much time was being spent on spreadsheets, paperwork, afterwork reconciliations, and payroll preparation. HR Cluster was created to make that process faster, simpler, and more accurate.
What started as a lightweight system for registering workers and logging hours soon developed into a complete workforce platform built for high-tempo operations. By streamlining onboarding, attendance, and hour tracking, teams could spend less time on administration and more time running successful events.
Over the years, HR Cluster has been proven in live environments such as Oktoberfest Oslo, Sommerbris, and other festivals and projects across Norway. In settings where large crews need to be hired, scheduled, checked in, and paid efficiently, the platform continued to evolve through real operational use.
